How to submit a request
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Glowify data deletion request.”
- Include your device model, country or region, and approximate dates when you used the app.
- Do not attach the original selfie unless support specifically explains why it is necessary.
- Allow reasonable time for identity or request verification and processing.
What can be deleted
Deletion applies to personal information that the operator can reasonably locate and is not required to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, security, transaction, or dispute-resolution purposes. Data controlled independently by Google Play, AdMob, Firebase, or another provider may require a separate request to that provider.
Device-level choices
You can also revoke app permissions, clear local app storage, reset the Android advertising identifier, change eligible advertising consent choices, or uninstall the app from Android settings.
